I've been thinking what's next? High steer for sure, double ended ram? Maybe. Differential armor for sure, 1/4"-3/8" thick skid plate. Add some more DOM for body protection. Then rear 4-link. I'll use my air shocks in the rear, and get some coil overs up front. Not sure when I'll start? Most likely the high steer and armor durning winter break or sooner. Rear 4-link summer 2013, but you never know, could be sooner.

Got the steering fixed, not high steer yet. Found a good deal on some thick differential covers for my front dana 60 and rear 14 bolt. I'll be adding those soon. High steer will be coming soon. Here are a few friends of mine playing during the Loonie Run in Canada.

Bought some ballistic fabercation differential covers for my dana 60 and 14bolt, 3/8 thick both ring and cover. Have another high steer arm coming too. I'll most likely work on it over winter break. Thinking about ordering some heim joints to 4-link the rear too!

Wyh dont used stocke toyota 9,5" ( full heavy duty 4340 and 5,29r&p)???????

Not sure you read much of the thread? Many reasons, but mainly I don't want to break anymore! I am real happy with what I have built. I built it so I won't have to wrench or at least wrench very little.

This!

With school coming to and end that means I'll have 4 weeks of break to do some things to the FJ. My Diff covers from Ballistic Fab will be bolted on, I received the passenger side high steer arm and I'm ordering the double ended ram today. The Diff covers are very minor as far as work, the high steer with the double ended ram will take a little longer but still not difficult. I also want to buy some DOM tubing to add some protection to the body panels. I would like to have all of this done by Christmas and then do some wheeling in the new year. The 4-link will be sometime next year after I purchase an automatic trans and transfer case to go with it. It is better to have all the parts when you begin so you don't take up a lot of time in someone else's barn, lol. In about 2-3 weeks and I hope to get some barn space for about a week to do the covers and steering.

Finally made time to put my diff covers on. My buddy Matthew from MC Designs Off Road, is working on the links for the front double ended steering ram. I'm also hoping to put some rock rings on to keep rims straight, and a thicker skid plate under her.

Replaced the transfer case, but I think I put the linkage together backwards, it won't go into 4-wheel drive. I'm going to look at it more on Saturday. Have to adjust my link bars as it may have made contact with the drive shaft and created a side load that may have busted the front cone on the transfer case when it was getting flexed. A few other things need to be done to it too.
