OK, so I am new to cruisers but I've got some buddys that have them, and I've fallen in love with them... so we ALL know how that goes.
I'm looking for something barely taller than stock, 3" lift at the most, 33" tires at the most... not something for mud, just a really sweet trail and hunting truck.
Very little to NO rust! I'm not a big rust fan, so thats important. I can deal with surface rust on a truck that needs to be repainted or something minor, but I don't want rusted out wheel wells, frame, or panels.
I'd rather have a FJ60, and would LOVE to have a diesel. (HJZ?)
I'm not paying 5K for a rust bucket with quarter million miles. Accessories would be nice, ie bumbers, roof rack/basket, winch etc...
Nothing over low 200K's miles.
Let me know what you've got... I have a 92 toyota camry 4 door for trade if interested that is in good condition with ice cold air and an auto trans. power windows ans locks, etc. 140K.
Would like to trade that for one, could add some cash if the truck is worth it.
Any tips or hints for me.... Bring em on, they are welcome. I won't be tearing the s*** out of this truck, but I wont baby it either so it doesnt have to be a cream puff.
