Fisher Fiberglass body FJ? Is it worth buying?

I am looking at a 1978 FJ stock drive train with a fisher body.

Is this worth getting? The only sheet metal left is the grille and windshield frame.

What are the opinions on these bodies?

One thing I noticed was the top hung over the rear about an inch. Other than that it looked ok.

If it's for fun and 4 wheeling and you'll get enjoyment out of it, sure. As an investment I doubt it will attract many collectors.
With a glass body it's value is a sum of it's parts

Well, I jumped the gun and picked it up. I am happy.

I removed the windshield. I can make patch panels to fix the windshield frame, with a new cowl seal I may be back on the road!

There is plenty, looks like its mostly surface. I will attack it with a wire wheel.

I spent this afternoon removing what I think was the windshield cushion. It was a mix of duct tape, great stuff spray insulation and what I think may be plumbers putty.

The hood is held down with drywall anchors, the push in style.
