So I've had my lights for less than 2 months on my truck. Any reason one would turn gold? I'm going to put in a warranty claim and see where it takes me. I'm not holding my breath. Passenger side light:

I will back up ELS 100% as well. Bought 4 of the 10w pods, 2 for me. Am in the works of installing the first one now and am very happy with the light output. Great guy, Great product, and Great cause!

Thanks Daniel! I couldn't get to all the forums fast enough! But yes, this is my setup and I have emailed my complaint to Troy. Looks like I have the lucky gold light that is worth a Billion dollars!

That is due to a bad anodizing process. I have had the same issue with some of our lights as well. I am working on a warranty with the manufacture, however they claim that is does not effect performance (which is 100% true). However, if a customer spent several hundred dollars on a product, I want them to have a product that does not have any issues. I painted mine with Rustoleum semi-gloss black and it looks just like new.

called visa they can dispute it up tp 3 months from the last quoted shipping date which i beleive was april 30th. they requested i print out info on the shiping date just incase they need it so this is what i will be sending them.
If you need any additional information, I'd gladly send my letter that I won my case against this lying, thieving bastard....and got my money back.
PM me whatever you need, and I'll get a copy notarized and off to you overnight on my dime if need be.

Seems Troy has decided not to answer emails, phonecalls, texts..etc....and is back in hiding (although I'm sure the real man that he is..he has his wife checking this thread)

Correct. You can surf as a guest, but you will have to register to post. I bet Woody can track a IP address if somebody has registered in Jupiter,FL. If its on the same computer the IP will match.
