Has anyone else NOT received their lights yet?
An interesting development over the weekend....
Received a letter from my credit card company, saying that when they contacted this piece of work...he states he had shipped the lights and was disputing my claim...lol...if habitual lying wasn't good enough, now he's shooting for being a fxxxing thief..
So I faxed them back immediately with the "truth"..which if it isn't obvious in this thread...the truth seems to elude this a****** a lot.
Hey Troy...listen to this!! Your problems are all self inflicted..and if you don't like giving people their money back...then don't lie and steal.....simple concept.
I dont even have shipping info. I retract my nice comment from like 3months ago and calling visa to see if I can score my money back. I really wanted these lights, too bad. has anyone heard or read about this on other furums that included the group buy ?
I guess I'm one of the lucky ones? I got four out of the five lights I ordered.

I was under the impression everyone got there lights, but apparently not. I did get all our lights, 9-spots and 1-bar. Are the people not getting there goods at least getting communication or push back dates? Are the people that got there's the ones that complained the most? This mess just needs to end already.

I've emailed him 4 times in the last two weeks...no response. The last email I got from him was something to the effect of:
"don't be silly, who would run off with $198? I'll send your check, I hope you are enjoying your lights."
That was a month ago. The lights he's referencing are the two that he had sent me back in March. I'm on the verge of putting his information all over the internet and let the wolves make his life a living hell.

Hey guys, from Tacomaworld and joined to comment here. Im trying to piece together a list of complaints to get this ball moving again. I can tell you from his FB activity, etc... he is very well off and has no excuse for not honoring his deal. While we are sitting around with no lights or refunds, he's been to Munich Germany for some fine dinning as well as a Strip Club in San Diego.
Please add your name and grievance to this list (ie, Money/Refund [how much], Lights [which ones], etc...). Thanks guys.

I think another avenue may be small claims court...I have a friend in the area that would be familiar with the local laws...I'll see what I can find out.

Our sales (ELS) has dropped 100% since this group by. My mission (and my brothers, who is doing all the leg work) is investigating. We have found a trail of scams by Troy and once we confirm we will be handing over all evidence to the FBI. This wasn't Troy's first rodeo, he's gone from watches to fake magazines. I'm trying to bring back the faith in third party LED companies, which is where I play.

that's bad .. I mean what I don't get it's why some folks ( not defending or calling him guilty ) got their lights and others nothing ..
Can't speak for the guy who set up this particular group buy, but I will tell you guys that Nick (2000UZJ) is a stand up guy and his lights (ELS) are great quality and very affordable. I have 2 bars and 2 sets of pods and his original GB in the 80 section moved several hundred units and he busted his @$$ to get them out to everyone. To my knowledge everyone got their product and are happy campers.
I hope you all get your money or products, and if a refund is what you get, PM Nick and see what he can do for you, heck he might even set up a special GB for you guys who got left hanging.

Yes this, I love my light bars from nick, great guy with a great product, I always point all my buds to him for their led needs!
