Wouldn't count on it. Only a few folks on tacomaworld got their tracking numbers last week as promised and those that did reported the shipper hasn't yet received the package to ship.

I've held my breath long enough. I've filed my complaint with Paypal to get my money back. After repeated emails, phone messages, and PM's without response, I've had to pull the plug on this. I'm a member on all the forums that he had this group buy on and everyone is ready to torch this guy. I can only give someone the benefit of the doubt for so long. At this point, you should seriously consider doing the same thing. I do not want anybody to get screwed.
If you used paypal, you better be willing to just wait. They have a 45 day period in which you can contest a payment .
How do you have faith in a business that has completely shut down all lines of communication? Overwhelmed? Hire somebody to help. Sorry, but I know what it's like to get swamped with work and I can guarantee I don't sleep until my job is complete and my customers are happy. I don't buy it. Go look at the Tacoma forum and see how pissed off they are. I did not post anything until today, holding out and giving him the benefit of the doubt. But to ignore all the calls, PM's, emails, and posts regarding this group buy is absurd. I was flat out lied to, then ignored. As was the rest of the people on this group buy.I haven't talked with Troy in a few weeks, he did PM me and express that he was overwhelmed and swamped with orders. I would not bad mouth Troy, after what my brother (George) and I went through with 54 orders (MUD orders). I could only imagine what Troy must be going through (nearing 200 orders). Not only is the manufacture overwhelmed, TrekLights is overwhelmed. I am sure they are doing everything in their power to get this back on schedule. Things happen, people understood when I missed my first shipping date. I am grateful for that. I was getting close to 20 PM's and 50 emails a day, I was beyond overwhelmed and wanted to hit "Refund" to everybody. I didn't, I stayed in it and carried on calmly. It all worked out nicely, everybody got their product a bit late (10 days), however it was delivered. I have faith in Troy (although a slight competitor) that he will get this corrected.

So, you may trust Troy and Trecklights and feel sorry for him being overwhelmed but I will not. How much money do you have sitting in a promise that you'll have lights sitting on your doorstep tomorrow?![]()
I failed to realize he hasn't been on this site in 8 days, and you guys aren't the only ones. I retract my statements regarding my faith...my group buy was overwhelmed, I'm not quite sure what this one is anymore. If you're still within your 45 Day PayPal period...do what you think is best. I know I would be disputing.
