F1 and mallory electronic ignition (1 Viewer)

Should the timing be on the BB or advanced...if advanced should you still see the BB in the window? Thanks for all you kind assistance....much appreciated. I dont know how to interpolate degrees...other than before, on or after the BB.

I thought the BB is advanced 6 degrees or so.
