Thanks to the Scouts again! I'm looking at these pics
and thinking it's a little rough to haul my trailer through the
ruts. ;)
I'm leaning toward Yodel staying at home now. :grinpimp:

some of those ruffer shots are from a trail that we will not be taking due to its rutted out mud holes, so no need to worry about those pics :D.

David I think you could bring your trailer on the trails we are taking, but it would be a lot easier with out it especially if the weather is wet. All the trails are doable in stock cruisers, however they are not graded forest roads and they do provide some challenges in places. The best place I can think to compare them to is the Muster grounds where we were crossing those big muddy rutted streches....

no worries gehn, I plan on making many more trips up here, especially as the weather get warmer :D

You mean you don't like your water freezing immediatly after the sun goes down? ;p

It wasn't too bad, nothing a little whisky couldn't take care of... :grinpimp:

Funny you mention that, because my water didn't freeze the second night, after i had eaten your killer dip:cool: I stayed pretty warm that night.

By the way, Andy, great sunset pictures. Looking at those pictures makes my heart ache wanting to go back. Also, to all that think the 100 series is a pink panty mobile, NOT!! Andy made everything the other trucks did.

Sunset is a panoramic for those w/ great imaginations or those w/ comp skills that want to throw it together for the rest of us. starts on right going left. cant wait for the next time i can make it; you guys better pack warm next weekend---enjoy.

actually # 3 looks to be a zoomed in shot of #1 sorry - andy if you gott all of the sunset shots still you might be able to put it together

Ah, no worries. Actually you're right - 3 is just a zoom of 1. But the point of the matter is that you're owed the credit for a lot of those sunset shots. There were a handful of awesome ones you got on my camera when you headed down to the lower bald for sunset.

I'll go back through and see if I can find your panoramic sequence.

Wish you guys could make this one!! We definitely have to plan a trip later on in the spring. Besides, someone needs to win the award of getting through the "hole" without help!! :grinpimp:

That's some handy work, Marshall.

Here are the rest. Jason took the panoramic sequence so I am not 100% sure about the order.

As good as it gets with only 7 photos. A panaorama that size should have at least 30 pics. Rule of thumb is a 1/2 of the photo should be in the previous photo.

I can also do a sphere. BUt that takes about 70 photos to do.

Here is one I did on Roan Mountain. A great place to hike. We walked through 3 ft snow drifts to get up there and I was in shorts!
