They've been held at customs this entire week. They were marked auto headlights which required multiple DOT forms. I just spoke with FedEx for an hour and explain to them what these were and we're good to go they will arrive at my door on Monday. I have been using Siri to reply to this so please excuse any funky grammatical errors

The manufacture only shipped 1/4th of the order. We have notified them and they will be shipping the remaining this week. If I had known it would of taken this long to get you guys your lights I would of said go elsewhere. I'll keep you all posted on the progress. So far it's been a complete headache.
Some of you will be getting notifications that your orders have been shipped. Most of you have already gotten them so please disregard. I am shifting/exporting orders around so I can speed things up once the remaining order arrives.

So for the good news...
If you ordered a 32" Combo or the Tessera 2X2 Floods I will be shipping them today/tomorrow. All other items (7.5" combo,22" Flood, 42", 52" and the Alpha 10W), those are inbound soon hopefully.
As for future purchases, since this has been a cluster fawk with the manufacture, and customs we are going to full fill the remaining orders and take a break for a little bit and regain traction. We sponsored a trip that is taking place in Africa (link in my signature). LabRak and ELS designed a lighting system and roof rack for the 80-Series that is traveling through Africa. Unfortunately FedEx pulled a slimy one on us and decided to overnight the shipment and charge us nearly $3,500 for shipping charges. Not to mention the $2,000 in lights that we built and send overseas. Between battling FedEx and the German Customs Agency, it's taken a toll. Shortly after that we had another company that we were working with stiff us and leave us high and dry. Which ate up another couple grand. Needless to say we are doing everything we can to get the lights to your door.
Transparency to me is more important than lying and saying everything is OK. We all know how that last GB went with the other vendor. I'd rather come clean and have you all understand where we sit than try to BS my way through. It doesn't get better when you hide the truth.

Thanks for the straightforward honesty. I got my shipping notice and will buy from you again for my jeep when you get everything in order and are ready to sell again.
I received my notice of shipping s well. This is the second time I have bought from Nick and his brother. I would and will continue to buy all my LEDs from them in the future. Great lights and a warranty to match, no comparison. Thanks!!!

Looks great! How did you mount it?
Not fully mounted yet, but I think I'm going to mark holes as it sits on top of the rubber bumper and put the largest grade 8 bolt I can through. Do you have a pic of where yours is actually mounted on the bumper?
