I tried the search already and I couldn't find anything. I was wondering what is the first year that the 3F replaced the 2F and when was the last year of the 3F. Thanks a lot.

The 3F engine was introduced in 1988 in the FJ-62 in the USA, and was used until 1993 in the 80 series.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply and help. :D

actaully the 3f(carbed) came out in 1985 I think, not in the US of course, the 3fe came out in 1988 in the USA, thru 1992. 93 was the 4.5ltr....used till 97(or 1/98)

I think the 3F was availible till the end of the 75 Series and when the 75 Series was replaced by the 78/79, The 3F was replaced with the 1 FZ-FE. - Don't know when. :-\
