Does anybody know where I can get a cheap rebuild kit for my 2F motor?

A machine shop should be able to get your kit.

Any interest in going to a 2F?

You could source one and rebuild that and still drive the F? (assuming it still drives)

i bought mine from spector, for a total of 360$$ not a bad deal is you ask mee

I second Pablo on letting the machine shop get the parts, except for gaskets which I would get from Toyota. Most shops will measure the bores and order the appropriate pistons, but will not bore the block until the pistons are "in hand". And let them install the cam bearings, too.

i agree. one more thing i would get from toyota would be the freeze plugs. i believe there are five all together assuming you have a f motor.

IIRC at least 12 in the block - then there's the head as well...
