For those interested is some decent parts:

Emma's truck has been sent to a salvage yard in Clayton. Assuming LKQ, but be sure to confirm before you go out there.

Things of interest:

OME Lift still in place
BRAND NEW fan clutch (Toyota Blue hub)
2nd row seats - immaculate
Front buckets - passenger ok and works, d.s. pretty banged up and gears are stripped
Locking axles (front d.s. is damaged, not sure of extent, but you could probably get it cheap), rear actuator was not working last time I messed with it.
CDL switch
JDM in-dash cupholder
Pioneer "upgrade" speakers in front doors
carpet is in GREAT shape
Dash could be robbed of a lot of stuff that is really clean (buttons and such)
Power antena worked
Doors are in good shape - no wreck damage that I am aware of
Motor was strong - leaked around distro seal, but never dripped
thransmission and tcase were in great shape and just serviced
4x285 BFG A/Ts - maybe 40% left and even wear
Brake rotors and pads are practically brand new (d.s. front would be suspect from wreck)

About all I can think of right now, but wanted to give the heads up for those interested

Thanks for the heads up man.

I just called LKQ and they can't give me any info, grumble grumble grumble.

I'm going to head over there this weekend, so if anyone wants to get in on the stripping party, let me know.

The 80 will live in in spirit!!

Didn't it have an ARB front and 4x4 labs rear??? Or did those mysteriously vanish before the yard got their hands on it ;)

Thanks for the heads up... thats some good stuff right there..... many guys with unlocked or stock 80s in the club

Hmmmm, lift springs for the wife......

If you want them, let's meet up. It'll be easier for the both of us if there is more than one trying to pull parts off.

Yeah LKQ won't give any info over the phone... Also, likely that they will have dibs on the truck before they even put it out for the general population to pick over. I watched a Cruiser in their "secured area" for it to be put in the general area, and it never got there. I could be wrong, but I have a feeling that anything worth some $ will be pulled out before we get a chance at it... And there are some Toyota guys working there...

Is everybody ok? WHat cha getting next?

Booooooooooo!

Oops, meant to answer you too Andrew - Emma's fine, thanks for asking. We're looking for a mid 200's LX470.

The "goodies" are sitting in my garage right now. Insurance only pays based on dealer configuration, so they were cool about letting us go strip the aftermarket parts. The stock bumpers (what's left of them) are inside the truck :D They had to have the stock bumpers present for some reason.

Looks like right now Gary (Emma's dad) may be buying an 80 (from Jon Barnes) and swapping all this stuff on there to make a sweet ass "Baldree's Tire"-mobile.

If that doesn't pan out, Keefer has dibbs on the sliders. The ARB is tweaked pretty good but fixable, and it, the M12k, 4x4labs rear, and roof rack will be up for sale. No idea on prices yet, but will post up if the truck for Gary doesn't come to fruition.

Sweet, she can start wheeling with nick and I!

That would be cool;) As a matter of fact, just talked to Gary today about getting some new shoes for the 100:bounce::bounce2::bounce:

off topic, but what are you putting on it?

255/85R16 BFG KM2s on my 16x7 steelies;) I doubt the GY MTRs have another inspection left in them, a few thousand miles from racing slicks:grinpimp:

why the change to the tall skinnies?

No reason, I guess I likes em tall and skinny;) Actually not much taller with the 305/70R16s on the alloys right now:meh:

Still need to do the headers and cat-back though, problem is I'm a lazy turd.

edit: and I need to get the troopie put back together, and I need to do all the bushings, steering linkage, lower control arms, front and rear sprins and front struts on the Celica:crybaby:

what are you doing with the factory alloys? That is going to be quite a difference in look from the 305s!

Johnny let me know if you go. i could use a few parts.

Haven't decided on what to do with the Alloys yet, maybe put Adam's spare 35s on there for a trip to URE:p

Atom's 35s ar 15 in wheels i think.
