Pulling hair out - anyone got a spare IAC for an 80?

Hi All -

At wits end on trouble shooting a rough running condition chronicled here. It just suddenly started this behavior one day after a dead battery which resolved after a charge only to return. It does have some of the characteristics of a bad IAC (I do have high idle but rough running once it idles down, it's running lean per my AFR gauge, etc.) but I've tested my IAC and it's good (at least as near as I can tell). My next step was to try another IAC but they are mega-expensive so I was wondering if anyone might have a '95 and later IAC I could give a whirl? Also open to any other suggestions on what to check. Truck is undrivable or I'd just take it down to H&H and let them sort it out.
