what actually happened with the accident?

Johnny...

I sent you a PM

Jay

PM responded.

Truck is not at LKQ, it's either at IAA or Copart, but neither place sells parts, only whole cars :(

I'm still going to head out to LKQ this weekend for some parts for another project. Maybe I'll find an 80 out there, who knows.

Anyone want to go?

Johnny let me know if there Is any 80's suburbans out there. I'm going to need an entire interior soon. Also if any have the diesel let me know

Sorry to hear this Ramon but very glad Emma is ok.

Nah, not really......oh wait there is this whole baby thing:grinpimp:

Made it out to LKQ yesterday. They had a single Toyota in their yard, but there wasn't much left:

Other interesting vehicle was an 86 Merc turbo diesel. Paint on the window said it ran and drove when it was pulled into the lot. They'd let the motor go for somewhere around $800 I believe, so this would be a great starting point for a diesel conversion project:

Sorry Al, no 'burbs, at least none with usable parts.

Sorry Jay, no 80s to pick over.

I came out with three saginaw power steering pumps for $85. They all looked to be in decent shape. I will use one for Moonshine, and assuming that the first one I try works well, I'll be selling the others, cheap. Perfect steering upgrade for a 40, 55 or 60.

I guess not too many Toyotas ever make it to the junkyard :grinpimp:
