pushed the cig lighter in and we heard a "pop" and then the radio, the clock and the lighter wouldn't work. We've checked all the fuses that we could find and all are good. Is there some sort of relay that could have blown? Thanks!

Remove lighter and replace small hardwired fuse on back of lighter.

I'd say a wire finally burnt somewhere or a crimp let loose. Seems to me that the other accesories should have been before the lighter fuse.
But then, that and a dollar will get ya a cup of joe

On my 89... the radio is powered by both the haz/horn fuse and the cig fuse. Don't assume a fuse is good just because it looks good. I'd check the cig fuse and if that is indeed good, then start looking at the wires. There isn't a fuseable link before the radio/lighter that isn't also powering someother things. so if it's only the lighter, radio, and clock it has to be in the cig circuit. This is from my 89 FSM though.... Some things may be different.

Funny I just fixed a similar problem last night on my mini truck, on the truck the two wires for the cig. lighter get packed with wires for the clock and raido and then proceed to follow the harness up over the steering colum and then back down to the fuse box. ide open up that harness and take a good look at those wires to see if you can find any signs of melting. first throw another fuse in tho, that harness is really hard to get at without taking the dashboard apart. =P

Also a meeter is indespensable for these kinda problems.
