I've noticed that there are some issues with my interior electrical which are likely related.
1. Aftermarket radio doesn't keep memory
2. Clock resets to 1:00 each time ignition is turned off
3. Interior dome lights don't work unless ignition is on.

My brother thinks it's a fuse, but I checked all of them in the fuse panel and none are blown. Is there another place where a fuse could be? Something unplugged?

Advice?

Seems like someone did the radio install and cut into some wires. Check the drivers side kick panel for an added fuse link and if not, I would uninstall the radio. It seems that the wires were connected to the keyed power instead of the constant power that retains memory.

1) Check your battery cable connections for corrosion or loose cable ends
2) Check and replace your fusible links at the battery. There is a short 3-wire harness with a black plastic box that is the fusible links. Probably should replace it as PM. They're about $15. Toyota Parts | Toyota Online Parts | Genuine Toyota Parts | Toyota Parts Online

Good advice, but neither of those would cause the issues in the OP.

Sounds like there is an electrical issue related to only the constant 12v feed to the interior. I don't have an EWD for a FZJ80, but if you can source one that is where I would start.

I'm planning on getting the FSM from Rockauto, so the diagram should be there.

The "DOME" fuse in the fuse box under the hood.
But....

This tells me your wiring has been hacked.

^This. I'm thinking the DOME circuit was tied together with the ACC power.

Turned out the DOME fuse was popped! All the accessories are back on. Clock doesn't reset, dome lights turn on when they're supposed to, and stereo keeps its memory. Only thing now is that radio doesn't automatically turn off with ignition, so I'll need to check the wiring there. Probably has all power coming from constant rather than one for memory and one for normal use.

Looked at the fusible links and I'm going to order a set to replace as PM. The casings are starting to crack, so I imagine failure is in the not too distant future.

My guess wood be that whoever fitted the radio joined the (ignition) switched feed and the permanent unswitched feed together at the radio. This would back feed all the ignition circuits and blow the unswitched feed as soon as any high amp ignition controlled accessory was switched on. While the fuse lasts it'll keep the radio on permanently but when it goes it'll lose its memory.

I plan on pulling the radio, checking the wiring for power, and fixing what needs to be done. Springs and shocks first!

Also check to see if the cigarette lighter socket has power with the key off. If it does, that's bad!

And with an aftermarket radio, you need to unplug the factory amplifier behind the right dash speaker. (Probably why your DOME fuse was blown)

Lighter socket does have power with key off. Will I have to pull the dash to unplug the amplifier, or can I do so by pulling the speaker?

Pull the glove box by removing the two screws at the bottom. The amplifier is the silver box sitting vertically behind the speaker. Unplug the two plugs on it.

This means there are accessories being powered when the key is off, causing extra drain on your battery.

Pulled the stereo. Lo and behold, both feeds were tied together in one butt splice! Fixed! Unfortunately this was after the battery had drained far enough to only be able to turn the engine once, so I couldn't drive Elsie to church.

God wants you to drive your cruiser...
