Front Electric Window Issue (1 Viewer)

Good evening all!

I’m having a little issue with the front electric window as the title states. My cruiser is new to me and when I gave it her first bath the window fell completely down after trying to lower it. I’ve pulled the door trim off and it seems like I do need to replace the rubber holding the window to the platform. But I’m also having an issue with the regulator hating the white plastic thing in the door? It keeps scraping it and actually bumping the window out aswell. I’m not sure if my regulator is bent and I should just grab a new one? Not sure if anyone has had this issue but would love to hear ideas.

Once the regulator arms get twisted, it's hard to get them squared up again. OEM is always best, although we have Dorman here in the US which works pretty well.

Don't forget the window tracks , as when they get flaky and don't let things smoothly and square the resistance that will add contributes to other issues. Consider replacing them with new when you do the regulators.Best thing you can do is to regularly spray them with dry silicone.
