Replaced all fuses and tested and there fine even replaced fusible link 30Ax2. Bench tested everything else and there all fine.

Below is a diagram red is where I'm getting no power.

Blue is the firewall.

Green is where I'm picking up power.

Yellow is where I ran a new wire with 12v feed from YR wire.

Forgot to put red on IGN system BW.

I assume it is a break in the harness in the engine bay, but the A/C Amplifier could have corrosion from water ingress. Let us know what the Sparkie finds.

Will do. Ive ordered a new second hand AC amp. I checked my old one and she looks brand new but who knows. Just strange im getting absolutely nothing not even from ignition.

Ill let you know how i get on i appreciate your help alot mate cheers !

So closing this thread we found the issue. The guy i trusted to do his job properly when regassing my rig didnt put enough AC gas in the system causing the pressure switches to not work at all which in turn meant no power. They say start simple and work your way up but i trusted the guy that put the gas in done a good job.

even with bypassing the pressure switch there was another that i didnt notice. Now i have aircon just in time for winter haha!

That was a serious undercharge of refrigerant then, if there wasnt enough pressure to flip the trinary switch. (Like, next to no refill!) Good to have a solution though. Enjoy Autumn and Winter!!
