Electric seat controls broken...

Hey everyone,

soon after i bought my lx450 I found out the button to adjust the passenger seat was broken.

it was holding in place by a piece of pencil so it would stay in place but as soon as my gf tried adjusting it it stayed in her hands... the inner tab on the adjustment knob is broken...

what part do i have to buy to fix this ?

There are no parts you can buy other than the complete assembly but it can be repaired if you salvage the part from another vehicle. Your best bet is to find a pick and pull yard so that you can destroy a junked vehicles control box when you get the part out.

same problem here - I bought a replacement switch through the classifieds here on MUD - new OEM is $$$

Yes, replacement is needed. I have a both brown and gray if interested along with all seat motors. PM me.

Same here. Bought a replacement off of here. For a quick fix though. I took a blue butt connector and cut to length. Shoved it in the button with some paper to make it tight and clip it back on. It will grab the inner switch just enough to get you by. Got to fiddle with it, but it works.
