Hello there,

Sorry for the delayed email. I understand your and everone else's concern. Firstly about the order.

The order is complete and it is being packed.

We had some problems with our last group shipment in the packing material because the US customs had changed thier policy as to the standard of the packing material (wooden crates). This time around we are trying to meet their requirements (fumigation and anti fungal treatment before using wood). However this was the first time and we are facing some problems in locating the chemicals needed..

We have now decided to build a metal container specially for the shipment which we will start tommorow.

Please send my apologies to all the customers.

Also, the Matt and Tony orders have not delayed the shiment and it will be included in your group.

And here's news from today:

I got an email yesterday from the last group order that we sent.. There has been a problem (Major problem) with their shipment with regards to moisture getting into the package and causing nasty Mold on the canvas.

Your shipment was about to leave port yesterday but I have halted it there. I am flying to Karachi tommorow.

I will recheck the packing and the canvas.. I dont want the same to happen to your shipment.

Please forward this to all the customers along with my apologies.

Do you suppose he is getting new tops for the molded tops from the previous shipment to put in this shipment? Inquiring minds are curious and starting rumors in the absence of facts.
