So his short bed pickup and troopy are much rarer than the FJ40 that sold at Barrett Jackson. I think I should retire today because the FJ25 is the rarest FJ out there and those are being imported like the troopies. Restore and sell those and I'm set. The FJ25 emblem on the hood is probably one of the reproductions Gene did years ago if that is another clue of wher this cruiser came from. Not a fan of the V8 but at least this should have the correct hub caps and front bumper. Not sure who made the front bumper but not impressed. The 70 that is currently my avatar has a piece of steel that is about a 1/2 thick lining the back of the OEM bumper. Original owner did this. Offers protection without losing the the original look.

I think he should keep his troopy seems with the way he feels about his stuff both ambulance doors are going to have to be open to get a certain part of his body inside. But what do I know I'm not a salesman and would probably talk a buyer of buying trying to make sure I was being honest.:meh:

I bet this guy doesnt even know what an acorn hubcap is! The rich just dont get it,discounting the run of the mill 25k landcruisers, an 80k carbed small block, yellow:bang:,garage queen, now thats an investment, sorry just hit a nerve because I worked 5 long years to build my truck, these guys come along and buy someones hard work and then market it like its priceless and worth the moon. These trucks just go from one rich guy to the next that have to have a cool truck they know nothing about! Rant over...

Er um............. I built that truck and sold it several months ago.
