On a 1968 FJ40, what do the driver and passenger seatbelt bolts anchor into? Threaded inserts in the tub floor? Big captured nuts?

When I reach under the tub beneath the seatbelt bolts, whatever they are anchored into is inside a tubular cross member. Can’t find a drawing. Only have a bolt head inside the passenger tub.

Worried if I start to remove seatbelt bolts and end up confronted with a spinning bolt with inaccessible bottom fasteners.

Any illuminating thoughts?

If the 68 is like my 72, there’s a nut that’s welded to a heavier-gauge reinforcing plate that is spot welded to the underside of the floor panel. When I repaired that section of my tub, I more or less reproduced the stock setup:
