For all of the early 40 series folks. I was in the process of converting my 45 to floor shift and when I went to remove the column shifter, I learned the rubber isolator for the horn contact has completely separated. The metal contact ring fits atop the rubber isolator.

Has anyone else run into this issue and what was your solution?

Had a Nylon Bushing made that the ring pressure fits on top of.
Do you happen to have the specs or measurements?

Cruiser Cult has some bits as well-

I think that is exactly what I'm after. Hard to tell from the listing but not sure if the rubber bits come with it. For $10, I'm ordering it! Thanks for the info @Jdc1

That’s the plastic bushing that sits inside the rubber bushing.

Yeah, got a little too excited but I'll need this plastic bushing at some point. I ordered the contact plate and brush while I was at it. Piece by piece!

I have a few of the horn contact rings with rubber still attached. Don’t remember ever selling one, so I’m not sure what they’re worth.
