Drum brake vs Disc brake FJ40 Wheel Question (pics)

Is this a drum brake wheel?

I know that the drum brake wheels have the riveted center and the disc brake ones have a welded center.

Are these the rivets that people are talking about??

new ones only come in black .my receipt or invoice said list price was $70.00 ea. , small discount came to $63.
