Door still not latching completely (1 Viewer)

I have been looking around at some threads and thought that my front drivers door was just not adjusted correctly. I loosened the bracket on the frame, but there really is no give there. It bolts straight in without adjustment. Is the adjustment in the door? My door closes just far enough to keep the light on, then I have to slam it home. I am tired of having to slam my door shut.
