Does anyone ever replace the o2/oxygen sensor as a maintainance item (1 Viewer)

I would consider it as a baseline if I had a 95-97. But it's a bit spendier for the 93-94, unless you miraculously never had the Recall work done. Only did mario's when it was throwing a code - will wait and watch Luigi for same.
 
bumping this thread, looked up some old rock auto emails, looks like I replaced the O2 sensors in 2010, so they are 7 years old, going to replace them as PM. I don't usually do this but I am guessing since these do give signals to the engine in order for it to run correctly it is probably a good idea to replace them prior to failing codes.

On another note, don't buy bosch sensors, they don't work on our trucks. I learned the hard way and then found the info here on mud buried in the search feature. I am returning them to RA and they have assured me a full refund.
