Do you prefer the look of the FJ60 round headlights or the FJ62 square headlights?

To slightly sidtrack, I really missed my old 60 and found a local 62 for a good price. After purchasing it I realized it drives a lot more like my 92 fj80 than my old 60. I also prefer the stick and round headlights. So that had me thinking about a headlight swap and H55. BUT I also have a whole fleet of rigs and I really want to focus time and $ on my FJ55 and 80. That lead me to consider selling it. Not the worst delema to have but I do want to have fewer active projects.

Your analogy is a bit off! You can have a woman with both great boobs and a great butt and also a woman with neither. A man could have a preference for one trait over the other but still have fondness for the alternate trait and also get them both. I could not legally have a 60/62 with no headlights and no one would want one with both, yet the optimum woman would have both. I understand that you were striving toward a humourous personal preference analogy from the perspective of the observer, But because you can have it both or neither in a boob/butt preference it doesn't track as well here because the choice of 60/62 headlights is mutually exlusive.

For example: My wife has amazing headlights yet I love watching her bend over to pick something up.

The Analogy holds fast. Get a second truck.

i prefer round headlights but the 62 has really grown on me. it also makes it a bit more unique in the FJ lineup.

Both headlights are terrible in stock form. The round ones look better and have more and better aftermarket options. But no way I'd go to the trouble of switching one to the other.

Overall the FJ62 is a better truck for me, and the square headlights are just part of its personality.

I like the round ones and manual transmission so the 1st gen 60s Series is perfect for me.
