I wish I could tell you more but the shipping will depend more on the final packing size than weight. The total weight should be around 90-125 lbs with all the hardware and packing, depending on grill guard options. I should have a better idea this weekend when I have all the parts.

Quick note on lights for the LX470 owners: I personally don't like the bullet LEDs for turn signals. To me they look a little to ricer, so I picked up LC corner lights. There is enough wire to pull the socket and bulb out of the factory turn signal and plug them into the LC corner lights. Now my turn signals are (in my opinion) where they are supposed to be. The only downside is I no longer have parking lights in the front. To me, this isn't a big deal since the daytime running lamps are always on. All in all, it took me about 30 mins to make the swap, I'm into it $50 for the LC corner lights, and it looks totally stock when the lights are off.

You can use a dual filament bulb (and socket) to get both parking and signal lights in the corner lamps.

I could, but that would be more money and modifications to the stock wiring. And to be totally honest, I just don't care enough. Front parking lights are kinda pointless in the USA. Right now, I can have everything back to stock rather quickly. As a side note, the wiring harness has a connector that plugs into the socket. That plug looks like it would plug into either socket. LX owners should be able to lengthen the parking light plug and connect it to the turn signal socket and run the turn signal wires up the the LX corner lights. This would be an easy way to get the turn signals where they should be with just some time and some wire. If I would have known that, I probably would have gone this route instead. Oh well, my corner lights were pretty beat, so this looks better!

If I'm not mistaken, the OE LC corner lamps already have dual filament bulbs. I suspect you have aftermarket or OE clear corners...

I have OEM Land Cruiser corners. I bought them used from someone on 'Mud who swapped them for clears. I just used the bulb socket from my turn signal in my bumper and plugged it into the new corner light... It was just that simple!

Finally received all the pieces for 1 front bumper. It's all fitting pretty close but there still are a few minor changes that need to be made on the wings. The wing have been the hardest part! Each angle on the bends are different on each wing because the are all a different size, this means the spring back is different for each one. They aren't off by much and it will go together but I need to make sure they are perfect before production.
I will be meeting with them Monday morning with this bumper and should be able to make the changes. Then they will bend me one more and hopefully that one will be the last of the prototyping. I will have some pics later today.

are you going to sell any of these slightly flawed prototypes for a reduced price? I know with my 3d printing company I sell any ones that have slight flaws for 1/2 off to recoup some of my cost to make them. I never make a profit but at least get some of my investment back. that way folks who can't afford a perfect one can at least have a functional cup holder. That may apply with this project as well. I am going to assume you have a few different prototype bumpers laying around that could probably get money back into your pocket.

I debated the same problem. I decided to go ahead and sell them and be VERY clear with folks that these were flawed and not to represent them as a perfected product. I asked them NOT to post pictures and reviews on my flawed products. Pictures and reviews of my perfected stuff is very much welcomed. You just have to be clear with the buyer that they are getting something that may not be perfected/dialed in and require a bit of work to get it right. If your not interested in that, then no worries. I understand that the first orders that get shipped out should be the final perfect product and not flawed stuff. You may want to think about selling off the different prototypes/versions once you have gotten your product out there and the pics and reviews of the perfected product are out there. That way folks already know what the final product looks like and knows that fitment and function are fully dialed in. Any old designs that get sold after that will then be known for exactly what they are. I got to imagine you have invested a huge amount of money in developing this bumper with all of the different versions you have worked through. It would be ideal to get some of that investment back.

Got the bumper all together. The center section is perfect but the wings need a few minor tweaks to get there but it's very close!

I have, they work great! So far they have been one of the best all around tire I have owned. They are a little noisier than you would think though.

I am loving this bumper! Since I live where humidity turns uncoated/exposed steel to a nice dark flaky orange... Do you see these areas as being susceptible to rust?

All pieces will be powder coated individually before assembly. Also that will have a cap over it which could be greased up before assembly
