Disc wheels work with drums?

I am about to order a set of the steel wheels for my '71 FJ. My question is if I order the Part# 42601-60072 these are for the disc brakes correct? Will they work on the drum brakes until I switch t disc eventually? Do these wheels come painted black? Also what is the part # for the hub caps? Thanks for the help

They absolutely will work. However, early (rivited) wheels will not go on disc brake trucks without spacers or modification. Order with confidence...

For sure they do, just put 5 brand new OEM disc wheels on my 64 fj45lv with drums.

But can't go other way, drum wheels no go with disc brake.

Well I called the place listed and the shipping to Austin is almost as much as the wheels and their customer service sucks. Does anyone know of a dealership near Austin that sell these for under $100 per wheel? The local dealerships are saying $153 per wheel.. not really feeling that.
