DIffs synthetic or dino (1 Viewer)

I have read multiple threads and I am still confused. I have 183k on mine, no idea when the previous owner did the tcase and diffs. I want to do it in the next week. If I go with synthetic, do I run the risk of the seals weeping at this point? Or do I just go with dino? I honestly can't decide.
