When in Seaside Florida, you ride sandy singletrack. Still better than not riding. 11 miles and about 50 feet of vert.

On a road trip with my wife and seems I brought the wrong bike…at least for Sedona. Started off paved, turned to gravel (perfect for my grinder), then single track, followed by me walking/carrying my bike through pretty technical stuff as I worked my way around Cathedral Rock. Amazing scenery and worth every minute!
first ride of the season now the snow is gone. 18km first ride with my wife and oldest son. was a nice easy pace. gotta loose my winter weight again 
The weather was so nice yesterday I decided to do this instead. Ill ride my bike tomorrow.
23km pavement ride this afternoon. just working on getting my legs back after a winter with very little riding.
