Did I just find the highest mileage 100 series ever?

Sahkur, are the running boards painted black on that rig? Those rims look better black than I would have thought.

Yeah I think both the rims and the running boards painted matte black. It does look good.

In CO they do not issue Salvage Titles.
We have to get this thing back on the road!
How about $2 towards the cause?

So you are saying if we bring a CD car to Co they will title it? Do you know of anyone who has done it before?

That is the craziest CARFAX I've ever seen. I has changed my mind about how long an automatic transmission will last, that's for sure.

Gotta figure out a way to keep it on the road. Lemme think. My cars have the PERM sticker and are Montana registered :flipoff2:, but I got nothing on the destruction title situation from Florida. Any of you Colorado MUDders have a backdoor idea to keep this rig on the road?

I’ve never seen a carfax like this one before as well. I guess as long as you keep flushing the fluids out of the tranny and diffs they will last forever lol

Also, this one actually has a TN certificate.

There is a member on here with a higher mileage 100 @DutchCruiser 865 000 miles.

Yes, it is the 1HD-FTE diesel, but the engine failed after 865.000miles so that is very impressive. The problem was a faulty injector, which made a hole in one of the pistons. The engine was in such a good state that we only had to replace the cilinder and an injector. We also replaced most bearings, but that wasn't even needed. Only the cylinder head was really dirty due to a faulty turbo in combination with the EGR. So we also cleaned the head and bought a new turbo. I hope to have engine built in before 2017. After all it was a lot of work, but I am sure the car could easily reach 1 million miles after the rebuild. And in the meantime I can play with the 335xi.

If those Service Records are complete, this Cruiser went almost 500K miles on its second Timing Belt.
Love to know its complete service history.

Looks like original owner sold it or traded it in finally, new owner wrecked it? :(

Buy it, rebuild it and drive it pass 1 million miles and Toyota may get it back and give you a new replacement cruiser for free just like the Tundra case!! =)

I think the original owner wrecked it and the insurance company bought it from him or what they call “totaled it”

Crazy Car Fax!! Thanks Sakhr!

That thing has to kept alive, there's gotta be a way!!

I looked into this before, I think there is one state where they don’t have CD certificates, the worst title they have is a salvage. So if you bring a car there and inspect it they will give you a rebuilt title. But I couldn’t figure out which state it was and how to do it. Someone mentioned CO here so that may be it.

I would be willing to bet the owner of this truck is driving a 200 now. A Harley fan and showing American pride. I bet he was very particular.

Where is this truck located? Maybie someone can inspect. That's a lot of damage I would be willing to bet the frame is compromised thus the "destroy" title.

I was saying I don't think CO issues salvage title. If you can get title to that thing and get it out here for VIN inspection, I bet we could work out a transaction.

Are the plates on it current?

Think you can buy it? Who has current title - owner, or insurance co?

Rear locker?

I see what you mean, but this is not a salvage title. salvage title can be "rebuilt" and inspected. Each state calls this one differently as in certificate of destruction, CD, junk certificate, parts certificate, non-repairable title...etc. For example, in CA they call it a non-repairable certificate and in MT they call it parts-only title.

As far as I know we have none of those in WA
