They put the same tierods on Malibu or some other cars or vans. I guess that's the standard these days regardless of which make and/or model. Although, even after market tierods can be broken, I guess it's an IFS/IRS thing.

You should come, John. How close is your truck to being ready?

Felix

Here's a nice pic of Dale coming around the difficult spot on the hillclimb. This was Dec 2004 :bounce:

If BTF would ship me my traction bar parts I have had on order for about a month I would be joining you. It seems there is a rod-end shortage in the USA I was unaware of. :crybaby:

Cancel the order and drive down to Iron Pig. Ross's trac bar looks great. He could install it on Friday and have you on the trail on Saturday. :D

Next trip we'll have to go on a weekend I'm OFF. Seems every trip is on a weekend I have to work so next trip I'll try to set-up.

Have fun and let's see some pics after !!

Dang, figured I'd raise more of a stink than that, guess there aren't enough 40's in here.

Hey the only way you will raise a stink with me is if you can compete with me on the trail. And we will see about that.

Now, Now, you know you'll have to take it easy on these old parts of mine. Looks like it is going to be around freezing that day, not even sure if I can keep my fuel lines from freezing up.

Well, Looks like I ain't bringing no Heeps or Blazers or none of that but I am bringing myself, my truck and some  so I can watch you two ;p :grinpimp:

Quick question for those that have run the Ditch and Conway. . .

Is there space at either trailhead for someone to park a tow rig and trailer if they wanted to tow their junk?

Felix

That's a good question. Hopefully if someone tows their rig in, they can unload and drive in from Sheetz.

If anyone has to tow their rig to the trail, let the group know. It will probably determine how we will go in. I don't think there is anyplace to park if you go in at Fletcher but there is a parking area if you go in the Graves Mill way (615, I think).

There's a good place to leave a trailer if you enter via Graves Mill. The only problem is that you'll have to backtrack to return to that entrance.

So, it sounds like leaving a trailer at the Sheetz is the best bet. Thanks, guys.

Supposedly you can leave horse trailers at the end of the pavement on the Conway side, and somewhere on the Graves side. If you go in and come out Graves you will bypass half the trail. That's why i go in and come out Conway, 667, so I get the most trail time.
