Checking in from South FL - I grew up in Orlando and from time to time get up that way (or near Tarpon Springs on the coast) to visit family. Looking forward to doing some wheeling back up that way and hope to catch up with you guys soon!

Here are some pictures for you Archie.
Got the body onto the frame. I have to make up some body mounts for it.
Also a rebuild 14 bolt. Well now a 13 bolt, I had to shave the bottom of it, got a 3/8 in diff cover. Got nittro 5.13 gear and a Detroit no slip locker. Disc brake conversion.

Yea man , can't wait until GSMTR to really try it out . Traded the 40 and the Crusier for them .

Yep... thats the green beast all dirty. I think I have the bushing press tool and a template for the Slee 3 degree bushings. If you want them to help you, give me a shout. I can mail them out to you.

Frank, sounds good. Where in Miami are you? I am up in Pompano (north end of Broward) but cover some ground. I recently joined the Miami Offroad Club to do some group rides - mostly Jeeps but they have have some others and seem pretty open. I am heading to Bear Island with the MOC group on the 19th but looking for other opportunities as well.

White 80 - 50th St / Adamo - east Tampa
Spotted someone local today. Funny thing was I spotted them with a big rig between us. I looked under the rig and I saw a Slee rear bumper. I was like hmmmm thats GOT to be an 80! Sure enough as the light turned green, a white 80 showed itself. Slee rear dual swing out with ladder and tire carrier, and a snorkel was all I could see. Sharp looking 80!! Dont know who it was, but I better be seeing that truck at GSMTR!!!

I know it is in June, not sure what date he is leaving. But he is take a 2 weeks trip with the wifey. Austin I would love to help you out tomorrow, but have a grad party to go to at 5. Next week starts when I have weekends off. I will get with you for our next work date. Make sure you cut off what you want from that frame tonight before I junk it. Also see if you can get the trailer keys for me.

Cant blame you in the slightest for skipping GSMTR to head to Moab. When Steve and I went we started out in the planning stages as a group of 6 or 8, and it narrowed down to 2 rigs. Some of the views I can still see so vividly in my mind. Steve can back me up on this..... take lots of pics!
