I have a 10/71 FJ40. No upper dash pad, however I do have the lower. It is original, but no cracks and in fairly good shape. Here is my question. Do I purchase a new OEM upper, hoping that the natural fading of the lower does not stick out, and take the chance that I can clean it up, restore.

Just purchase the FJ40Dash, upper and lower, and sell my original lower.
Truck is fitted with original engine, 74 fj transfer case, 78 FJ 4 speed. All else, including seats is original. I did add power steering, fuel injection, and front disc brakes.
