Many threads on this in the diesel section. It's completely overpaid, the engine is worth 12k max. The chassis is shot. The dash is worth something, but not much, the axles are non locking, the transmission is the light duty R151. All together maybe 15k in that shape. Chances are this has been shill-bid up. I bet it will pop up again soon.

Likely grey/black market. Some states won't care, some states will take it and crush it.
