And shelves are done.. Next a few small items.. Then the A-frame/chain hoist will come in to split apart the 2F and 4spd, mount the motor on the stand and start breaking it down.

THEN... back to bumpers and whatnot...

J send me a PM on a rear 80, integrated hitch, dual swing outs, PS to hold up to a 37 and a three jerry on the DS side all raw will wirecup and paint when it gets here.
Seriously thinking about dumping the IPOR after seeing your stuff.

Jason,
Wanted to give you an update on the rear bumper install on my 60. The fit of the bumper was spot on. I had a devil of a time getting the cross member rivets out, had to use a combination of grinding the rivet head flat with the frame, drilling the rivet shank to get it concave, then heating it with a torch, and driving it out with a pneumatic chisel:bang:. To say it was a PITA compared to the front would be an understatement. I guess my hopes were too high after how easy the front rivets came out! At any rate, the bumper receiver frame fit nice and snug between the truck frame rails so I only needed to spread out the frame rails a smidge with the hi-lift, slide in the bumper, and bolt it up. All said, if the rivets weren't such a PITA, this project would have taken me 30 minutes. All in all I had about 4 hours total into the install, most of that spent figuring out how to drive out the cross member rivets without boogering up anything else. Here are a few pictures of the final product. I couldn't be happier with the look, heft, and quality of the bumpers. You make a kick A$$ product sir. Thank you again for all the "customer support" through the builds and installation. To anyone considering one of Jason's products... don't hesitate to pull the trigger, you won't regret it!

What are the specs on that trailer you are working on? I am searching for a expo trailer that I can tow behind both the 40 and my Tundra.

It is a 52" x 72" box, SOA Built 3500# axle with FJ60 springs.. This one is for me. I'd be interested in talking with you on a trailer build to meet your wants/needs.

Jason,
If I send you some pictures of a tube bumper, do you think that you could come up with something for me? PM me your e-mail and I will send them to you.

Thanks,
Ryan

Beautiful work. Any chance you'll be making parts for a 100 someday?

I am looking for something similar to a M416 trailer somewhat like the Horizon Chaser but a lot less than $10K that they want for a new one. Think you can slap together a base for something like that??

The base/shell/frame is pretty easy.. Send me what you want for tires/rims combo.. axle rating, brakes or no brakes... and I can get you some numbers..
