I'm thinking something to wrap around the bar instead of drilling the eye bolt. Don't like drilling because of rust and structural concerns.

One of these with an eye welded to it.

Got finished with the high top mounts and started on a few items for @The Phoenician BBQ pit. Then I decided... I just didn't want to work today... So, I cut and laid out all the tube for my new metal storage rack.

I am going to enjoy this rack immensely!! Also it will free up about 4 more feet of room in the shop...

Cheers,

J

Hey Jason,

Got the bumpers all finished with Monstaliner this week. It really rolled out nice and got some great texture on them. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone considering having sprayed on bed liner applied to their armor. Everyone that has looked at it has asked if it was a name brand spray-on product. Anyway, here are a few pics of the bumpers and swing out's ready to be mounted.

Had just enough time today to mount up the front bumper. Big shout out to Jason for helping with some technical questions regarding the installation. Your customer service continues to be top-notch J. Thanks Bro. Here it is all bolted up:

You are more than welcome. Glad it bolted up nicely for you. Love the Monstaliner. Most on the forum that know me.. KNOW I love and push Monstaliner @magnetman has always come through for me and I have used his products on several of my personal projects.

Rig looks great! Thanks again for the order.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Jason

Please provide me with a quote on a front bumper with winch mount and cross bar. Also a rear bumper with hitch, dual swing outs. Both are for a 87 FJ60 shipped to 92627. Thank you, Mark

Jason,

Just want to say what a great product you make. It is functional and easy on the eyes! My only regret is buying an ARB front bumper before getting your rear bumper. If I had it to do over again, I would have had you build a front bumper as well! Once the rain stops I will try to post a photo of the truck cleaned up.

For anybody on the fence: Jason was super quick to respond to my emails and handled everything in a professional manner. The final product is rock-solid!

Getting my parts inventory started for more 60 and 40 bumpers.. Will have a couple of standard 40 front bumpers available shortly, @mel lowe 8274 bumper and running board guards are first up. Then on to the rear swing out bumper and the T-T front 40 as well.

Thanks to all of you 40 guys that have been patient with me.

Cheers,

J

J:

You should have a 'technical' section dedicated to bumper/rack mounting. . .maybe include a customer Q&A. Then, at the end, a 24 hr customer help hotline...you know, to the phone right next to your bed, hehe.

Great looking truck; sexy man-bumper and looking forward to mounting my own.

I hear an Abita calling my name. . .

Bent out 48 of the 60-80 and 6 of the High top mounts.. (8 are made and shipped)

Welding up most of these tomorrow and starting on a BBQ for @The Phoenician. Then onto my metal storage rack and my off-time rat killing...

Cheers,

J

I have a can. .. or two. . .or three. . .or four. . .you could use to kill those rats quietly, without hearing protection, like MI6 style =)

J, ever consider making limb riser kits? I mean you make bumpers and roof racks, seems like the next logical accessory. I'm gonna add some before summer.

Noob question: What is a 'limb riser kit'?

Well I was hoping you would do a step by step and then I would just cut and paste it... HA! phone is already by the bed but, I usually am offline completely by 8PM for the most part. I figure if I can give an extra 2-3 hours daily... that's good enough.

I have a 8274 model in the works for the 60 and 80. Hopefully starting after Christmas I will get some time to get these locked in and get my shells where I want them.

J
Any updates?

How much for the BBQ with a single stove pipe to the right side?
