I worked with Dave at Crum's Custom Welding (Butler, NJ) to come up with a front bumper for my 60. I wanted something up high and in close to maximize approach angle, It had to accommodate my Warn M12k winch. It had to be able to have side fender protection attached. And I wanted to preserve the OEM "face" of the 60 as much as possible. Dave pushed me to add the "stinger" for radiator protection... oh, and it had to be strong enough to deal with the rocks and trees inherent in northeastern wheeling.

Here it is, still unpainted. I will take more detailed pics once it is painted and the winch is reinstalled... In addition to the side bars we are going to add a little protection under the front edge of the winch plate too...

I will be working with Dave to take some orders for these at some point soon... We will need to collect up details of the specific truck (body lift, winch, other mods etc.)

Notice that I had cut out some of my lower valence to push the winch back as far as possible... this let the bumper sit farther back as well.

How much?

Bumper looks great, Mark. Now all you need is a tube rear bumper and you'll be all set! Ill get you those pics later today.

How much?

TBD... this first one took LOTS of R&D... we'll be able to do subsequent ones cheaper but they will likely all need some customization: body lift? winch? cut valance? sidebars?

I bet it is very light, too? I like the idea of lighter and stronger!

Just weighed in at 60lbs... say another 5-10 once I add something under the winch plate.

The winch plate, by the way, runs frame rail to frame rail and from front to back of the winch plus there are 2 gusseted tabs in the front... so there are 6 bolts holding the winch to the plate and 12 other bolts holding the entire assembly to the frame rails (2 on top and 4 on the side x 2 sides).
