Bummer about the fender bender as it looks tight otherwise.
I glanced inside. It could use some love. Roached dash and missing panels. Georgia plates.

Instead of posting individual threads of cruisers seen around town- "anyone know this rig" "spotted on mopac" etc- let's use this one.

I'm always surprised to learn there are a lot more cruisers around the Austin area than what we see around the club.
Saw this tall/skinny setup rolling down Hwy 71 in Bee Caves yesterday. Looking good!

I spent a very boring conference call binge-scrolling through this entire thread, and I have a statement to make that won't be popular outside of Austin...

I am confident saying that the density and quality of Land Cruisers in Austin (Central Texas, really) is one of the best in the US for a city this size. There is a lot of money in Austin (some of it EASY money), and Land Cruisers fit easily into the quirky ethos of our city. Heck, 1/2 of the Cruisers spotted and posted on this thread I've never seen before, and there are DOZENS of Cruisers up north (I live in Round Rock) that aren't posted here but that I see regularly. I've been to every meetup that Joe Mancino has hosted at FrontYard Brewing (if you haven't been to one, you're missing out), and even at the biggest one I barely saw 20% of the Land Cruisers on this thread!

I will commit to sharing more pictures as I'm always documenting the Cruisers I see up here (usually on my IG feed).

Do Phoenix, Denver and San Francisco have higher densities of Land Cruisers? Do Dallas and Houston have a higher quantity of them? I don't know the answer, but I can say we have a LOT of them around here, and I think it's pretty cool.

I lived in Houston from 2015-2023, and I can say with full confidence that there are FAR fewer LCs per capita. The city tends to attract pickup truck drivers and more traditional "mudder" types, which makes sense given the geography/weather.

It's been great being closer to the LC community here in Central Texas. Heck, I have another GXOR member in my neighborhood!

I think you are correct sir. High in both quantity AND quality!

Nice example out in Dripping Springs. Not sure who owns it.

GREAT plate too!
