Definitely not legal to use, but legal to listen, and good to know in an emergency. A Baofeng radio can tune these frequencies. It's likely that the more above-board brands could not unless modified.

I'm good to go! Just need to figure out how to pack my 35" spare and all my gear in the cargo area. Should be fun.

Also,

Did we want any signs posted up along the entrance? Might be confusing to newcomers that you need to do a tiny bit of wheeling to get to the actual camp site.

I can make some in photoshop and staple them to cardboard just as a quickie solution.

Raffle will be sometine saturday evening between 7-10pm at the main campsite wherever the keg is.

We will be doing for sure one difficult trail run through snake lake loop, more than likely srarting around 9-11am saturday morning. FINNY and myself will likely be organizing that one if im awake in time

Also, we are carding anyone who appears underage that will be partaking from the keg!!! Finny, Darrell and myself do not want to be liable for underage consumption on this event, also we highly reccomend that you do not have open containers on the trails however I nor the other 2 organizers are you parents so that is up to your discretion.

ALSO: like always this is a tread lightly event and as such we ask that you pack it in/pack it out and clean up your campsite better than you found it! I do not want to be known for trashing my own backyard, I will have a roll of plastic bags for anyone that needs them on cleanup.

I repaired my leaking axle seal and install new Toyota brake shoes over the weekend,i just removed the running boards for more clearance. I will be driving a black 99 4runner (3rd gen.) this time i will post some cardboard on the way in to help out the newcomers and late comers,i will be leaving in the morning hoping to be up there by noon. I hope Eddy gets a good spot for the main camp.
