I did post in the vendor forum as well, however that area doesn't see much traffic. I have tried for weeks via email and phone to get ahold of this company and have gotten no response?

I have ordered from them in the past with success, however this last order was back ordered, partially shipped, and the last item came missing the hardware.

I haven’t ordered anything from them but always heard good things about their customer service. Let’s hope it’s a COVID glitch and not something bigger.

Yes we are open. I apologize for the issues you have had. Unfortunately we have had some issues with ARB on the steering damper on your order.

I hate that it seems like everything these days is blamed on Covid but in some fashion that seems to be where it all seems to stem from.

Our sales have increasingly grown since Covid which none of us were prepared for especially with all the challenges and hoops we have had to jump through to change work conditions around in the midst of the high demand of people at home working on their projects.

ARB in the midst of things sent us the wrong dampers in the correct boxes the first time which caused the back order only to send out our complete replacement stock without the hardware.

I would love to tell you this was an isolated issue but the truth is it wasn’t. We shipped out multiple orders before realizing their mistake. After speaking with them it is clear that they as well have had a huge increase in orders and their share of mistakes as well.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and have finally as of today received all the hardware from them on these issues.

Preston had made a note in our system that he had spoken to you and had made you aware of the situation on the 29th when he closed out the ticket.

If in fact he did not, I can speak with him tomorrow in more detail. With the thirty plus orders that this happened with it may be possible that he closed out the wrong ticket.

All this being said, we take full responsibility of the mistake and apologize about missing your calls. We in fact have been overwhelmed with the crazy increase and demand and have been undermanned on the phones because of everything.

I am attaching a pick of the shipment that we received today on the hardware. Sorry for this being sent so late tonight. I am still at the office trying to get somewhat caught up.

I appreciate that. Nothing feels real professional. It’s been like a dark tunnel with not much light at the end!

I have been telling our staff for months that though our sales have been great the customer service side is going to eventually catch up. We are truly trying our best to get on top of things.
