By this time, Bob's earlier fubar had been rectified and had rejoined the group.

We could not have asked for better weather, we were all thankful!!

So Kevin posted a pic earlier (post #63) of the extraction of my ignition. The key wore out and I did not have a spare, took the switch out so we can start it with a screw driver and had it hanging below to get me through the week.

That was not the only problem... the PO had an after market alarm installed and this was the result of the install

The purple wire was installed by the :hillbilly: mechanics on duty and the duct tape was the insulator to the exposed contacts. This got me through the week. Unfortunately the starting was intermittent but worked and when I got home Khristal at CBT ordered a new ignition switch for me. I figured "while I am there" may as well pull the steering column and address any more wires that were behind the switch connector. Good thing, it needed it!!

"Crash Pilot" Bob joined us from New Mexico.

The narrows, is now stacked at the exit, IMHO a good thing, hated that spot!:hillbilly:

Is Crash Pilot Bob a representative of "Go Pro" cameras? If so, I saw him lay his Wrangler over on its' side last spring at the Arch Canyon Jeep Jamboree.

Just curious.

Lorna driving :bounce: :steer:

Is that indiglo you have installed in your gauge area?

What are you referring to in the gauge area? I am not sure what indiglo is, please pm me

Tools, what camera are you using? The detail is very sharp and your pictures look great.

Nope - he's an ex-F-4 pilot friend of mine who sometimes tags along as our token Jeep guy and representative of diversity in the [STRIKE]club[/STRIKE] group

An old, beat, Pentax K200 with a basic "kit" lens.:hillbilly: It's nothing to look at, but a camera is just a tool, so :meh:.

Probably also helps that the air is so clean and clear there...
