Crazy not to buy?

Have a friend who has a company car. It is a 2009 Land Cruiser 200, has 100k miles and he wanted to sell it to me for the trade in price the dealer was giving him of $34k. Did I pass up a good deal?
I have a real nice 80 that I don't want to part with so I passed.....
