Houston we got a problem..
Going through my front end greasing shackles and see this whopper. Ugh
Any ideas on a fix?

This is what I’d do: stop drill the end of the crack to keep it from continuing to migrate. You’ll have to clean it well to make sure you actually see and get the end of the crack. Grind the crack out a little to get weld in there. On the accessible side, grind the weld smooth then add a doubler plate on. That might be overkill but good insurance.

It’s kinda hard to see but the crack is all the way through the “ear/wing” of the mount

Mine had broken springs when I got it. I imagined the PO's teenager putting it in the ditch at highway speeds .. but it's just a guess. These trucks are pretty tough but your frame must have gotten twisted up pretty good for that to happen. How are your motor mounts?

what the welder is made for, zap zap

I figured the welder is coming out.. maybe I was thinking it would also be a good idea to reinforce these sections ?

It is not the Land Cruiser first spring hanger to crack. Basic welding fix.

Mark...
