this is actually next for bumpers and a lot of other work... I just lifted the cab and mounted the 47'' tires today. that bed is coming off then assessing a little more lift tomorrow.View attachment 1359712
Damn! Uni mogs are sweet! Can't wait to see what kinda work goes into that bumper. You doing anything to the bed? Some sweet Aussie style flip downs would be kind of cool kind of what aev did with their original prospector
We are currently going over the design intent for this one. but yes bumpers are on the list as is some cab work. and the rear area is still in decision phase.
Rich,
Glad to see your business taking off! Well deserved, keep up the amazing work!
Ben.
Rich, Ill gladly add to the praise everyone else has given you in this thread and say these bumpers are awesome! I love every one of them with there little custom touches.
That being said, I have to at least ask if there is any possibility you would do a 70 series front bumper? I tried to search and didnt find any mention of it. I am looking for something similar to the looks of your light duty 80 series bumper. I understand the demand is way less than the 80 and 60 series are so I wont blame you if it wouldnt make sense to do, but again, I had to ask.
thanks,
Handsel
Well that was silly of me to think you could just use your imagination of how it would fit hahaha. Ill deal with my TJM for now, then if im on your coast, or if you happen to find a 70 series lying around in your driveway lets do it.Thanks for the kind words Handsel. i would gladly build you bumpers but i would need a vehicle present to build the bumpers on.
Got my front bumper this last week. Haven't taken the bumper completely out of the box yet, so I don't have any better pics than Rich posted earlier. It could be a couple of more weeks before I have time to get it out, paint it, and get it on the 80, but I wanted to at least get a couple shots up. Can't say enough about the work that goes into this. The attention to detail and continuous improvement is outstanding.
FYI, the box fit in the back of an 80 with the gate down, but I was so excited to get it out when I got home I forgot to take a pic...
