Stainless will warp less and if you elevate it a couple inches it will be legal in national parks like Canyonlands.
Park service doesn't allow the fire to contact the ground and leave burn marks. I was using a Volcano
grill at the Doll House in Canyonlands. Although the fire doesn't technically touch ground a ranger
asked me to elevate it with stones. I think it's a judgement call as to how close is too close to the ground

Here's a shot of the side plate with CB Adventure Supply's logo cut in. Their a brand new overland supply shop in Texas. He's a mud member as well and a great guy. They'll offer product and service. I'm excited for him. He bought the very first one of my 80 series front bumpers. Look for them at the Overland Expo East. He is also a Turtle Back dealer.

And here is the latest version. With cutouts to hold a standard grill top on the vertical sides and rounded notches to lean a poker with a hot dog, marshmallows or whatever else you wanna roast on a stick. And the bottom is no longer straight across. There are raised cuts for clearance to accommodate for uneven ground surfaces. Again the handles and finger holes are oversized if you are wearing gloves in the winter. These are 299.00 plus shipping. 65lbs , 1/4" steel construction.

Very cool. Perhaps one of those heavy canvas bags to hold that when not in use? Just a thought. Love the bumpers as well, what is your current turn around time?

a shot from this weekend.. wish I got more pics...I didn't get my sliders on so I took it easy. The 80 made short work of all the obstacles encountered and the air actuator conversion on the rear locker worked awesome! I'm really happy with the mod. i'll look into the front next. All in all a great weekend with great people. The Guys from Iron Pig actually won the fire pit I made for the raffle. That 80 in front of me on the trail came all the way from Atlanta with a sweet turtleback trailer. I'll definitely go back next year...

In order to prevent deep discharge of the battery supply all coolers are equipped with a battery monitor. This can be set via the control panel or the remote control in three stages between 10.0, 10.7 or 11.8 volts. When falling below the voltage, the cooler is turned off. Thus, damage to the battery can be avoided by deep discharge.

Hey did you ever build those 200 series bumpers? Awaiting with bated breath....
