The bumper is first rate and the bag is reminiscent of Duluth Pack items which are awesome. So awesome I have a link on my website to them.
That said, I've been building commercial Cruiser parts for 25 years, and even perhaps have built more Cruiser bolt on product than anyone in the western hemisphere. Frankly this is underpriced, so anyone reading this should jump on it before he sobers up.....

Dave and I are on the same page on the $$ aspect. I'm probably the lowest priced custom fabricator on the forum (Vendor that is... ). Dave and I have a PM on frequent occasions stating our and others work and products here are under priced. IMO, your falling into our category as well.

As before, nice work and keep it up.

Thanks guys. I appreciate and respect all your input. J nice work on your latest bumpers. And Dave I just checked out your site. I really like the drop down step on your 60 rear swing out bumper. I may incorporate that idea into my 80 rear ladder or something like it. That first step to the ladder is so high when your on 35's.
Thanks again gentleman

The folding ladder was an invention born of necessity. A lifetime of rigorous sports and heavy work took it's toll and I developed a sciatic nerve issue from scar tissue and arthritis at 53 y/o. It was 1 1/2 of b/s and hoops to jump through before Blue Cross would OK surgery. In the mean time I couldn't lift my left leg past my knee much less 35"~40" to the top of a swing arm on a 60 with a 4" lift. My roof rack was less accessible than than a politicians integrity. They're a pain to make and frankly the extra time isn't reflected in the price difference at this point...but I'm working on jigs to speed that up hopefully

I have a 2008 Land Cruiser and was wondering what you had for the 200 series if anything? Hope that now that the price on used ones has come down a bit more good fabricators such as your self will start making some bumbers, sliders, armour plating etc for them. Thank you for your time .

Does it look like this? I think this is a 2008, cant remember at the moment. It's a local truck that was brought to me to have his rear arb bumper fixed and have two arb swingouts mounted to it. As it is a standard ARB with no swingouts. He found a pair of arb swingouts on line and wanted me to make them work on his bumper. After looking at it with him. And pointing out all the potential issues and expressing it wasnt something I felt comfortable doing, reason being the bumper was hit, bent and had rust through holes. He agreed and I will be making him a new rear bumper and utilize the arb swingouts he bought.
So I guess potentially I may have a 200 series rear bumper. His was just gonna be a one off .. But maybe a 2 off if your interested. I have to still build my 80 rear and already have 3 commitments for them. Plus some local work already scheduled. So its it's gonna be a couple months. Pm me if you wish to discuss further.
Thanks
Rich

Was hoping that uou had a front bumper that would go with the 200 series. I liked what you had done for other models. Let me know what you have going as I'm in need of winch bumper front, slider for sides and hopefully a rear when time comes that will hold fuel water tanks and other needed stuff. Also prices onproducts. Looking to protect it as best I can so any help would be greatly appreciated. Good luck with your business. Looking forward to hearing from you. ..TucsonRex

Beautiful work! Between all the vendor fabricators we are too spoiled. I have 4+ front bumper with my
DIY custom mods, Reevesci spindles and much email assistance on my rear DIY bumper, and I see more
usable ideas to further my own work. Your work is an inspiration, but we do need to see
your best work for our 60's! LOL, thx J

Love the bumper, fantastic work!

Being a former Ingrid owner, I'm happy to see she is in very capable hands.

I might be in touch about one of your bags, those look great as well.

Thanks for the kind words. And we do have quite a collection of talent on this site. And Ingrid ( my 60) is sitting idle patiently waiting for her turn to get some fresh steel. Although I do like the look of the old style front arb she currently has. She is also due for some fresh paint as it's pretty faded.
I'm up for one off builds if you or anyone wants something for a 60. Eventually if I have any slow time I'll probably build random one offs here and there for the 80 and 60 and post them up for sale. It's nice to do new and unconstrained work once and a while. It keeps things exciting.

Thanks for the compliment. And you where the guy in north Carolina? You put the rear bumper on? She still has it. I think she had 130k miles when you had her. Would you believe she's only up to 134k and change. Still runs like a top. I think from you she went to Connecticut. Then I got her almost 5 years ago .it's pretty cool you can trace her history back on here. Hit me up any time if your interested in a bag.
Thanks

Rich,

Lets see the new plasma cut pieces. I know that new TorchMate is burning a hole in your pocket with practice runs right now. HA!

First test cut of my logo minus some fine details. I'm pretty happy with the cut quality for a first cut! That was 10 gauge.

Very nice! Beautiful logo too.

I promised Andrea I wouldn't get a table until we moved (maybe one day:rolleyes:) But, I can laser cut A LOT OF PARTS for the price of a new machine.

I'm running out of room as it is. HA!

Im jealous I wish I had your space. I can't even fit a truck in my garage. The machine was pricy as was all the extras just to set it up. I did my air system over and put in an Ingersoll rand refrigerated airline dryer and some nice filters to ensure the best cut quality and consumable life I can get out of this setup. As well as all the wiring. 200 bucks in material just for the slats to cut on. Its an investment though. It opens up more avenues of work for me aside from just truck stuff.

And I went with the hypertherm powermax 85.

I have a PowerMax 45 and a 65 wouldn't trade them for anything else except maybe a bigger model.

More than anything I just want a "CLEAN ROOM" for all my parts, inventory and boxing/shipping supplies. That alone would get me back to where I could have at least 3 if not 4 projects in the shop at once.

Thanks and sorry to say I have to put my 80 rear bumper on hold for a little bit.Or at least till it warms up. At least into the 30's. As I mentioned in my previous post to Jason I can't fit the truck inside my garage. And these past three weeks have been freezing plus all the snow.this weekend was well below 0. So I have been reconfiguring my small work shop to fit the new cutting table the past couple weeks and waiting for better weather but now that the table is done and it's still freezing! I'm going to get back to work on all the orders for front bumpers. And revisit the rear when this cold spell breaks. I'm sorry to put it off any longer but it's too cold to sit on the ground and work outside. Thankfully the fronts are at the point I can do them all inside.
