Shipping will be expensive no matter what. IL to MN is probably about your cheapest. Your chance of finding a rust free one in the midwest is very low.

I have other parts too big to ship for sale as well. Full rockers, lower inner outer 1/4s ,dog legs, front wheel wells, a nice 62 gas tank...make a road trip, ha!
