Does anyone have the OEM part number for the caliper to brake hose washers/gaskets for the banjo fitting. Or any aftermarket replacement that will work? I prefer not to reuse my old ones.

I have used both. After market usually come in a package with multiple sizes.

90430-10074 GASKET (FOR FRONT FLEXIBLE HOSE) 4 0.91 3.64

Thanks, is it the same P/N for the rears also?

Remember that sometimes, in case of emergency, you can reuse the old wahers if you make sure the mating surfaces are clean. I must admit that I have unbolted the banjo twice and there's still the original copper washer. No leaks :-). A bad practice, I know, but it works.

Does anyone know what that banjo bolt should be torqued down to? I am thinking 22 ft/lb but can't find anything to confirm that.

Be a tough place to get a torque wrench. I'm thinking European standard here (Gutentight).

Old thread but it helped me so I'll add.

I bought 100 M10 x 16mm x 1.0 mm Copper Washers. Inner Diameter 10mm, Outer Diameter 16mm, Thickness 1.0mm on Amazon for $10. Many sellers to choose from so I am not including a link.
  • 1mm is thicker than the washers that came off the banjos. Those measured 0.5mm - 0.7mm. I have no confidence that the ones on there were original. They were crushed enough to be deformed at inner edge. 1.5 mm would be too thick. At 1mm the banjo bolt hole still is well inside the banjo fluid cavity.
  • 10mm is perfect inner diameter. Ones I removed - with effort to get past the threads - were 9.4mm
  • 16 I feel will compress just fine. 17mm would be a perfect outer diameter for bolt head and caliper machined surface. The one I removed was 15mm.
Some of my banjos had no washer at all and still none leaked.
